Any rules of play issue that you would like addressed by the Rules Committee will be answered in this format. Please direct any inquires to our Rules Chairman, Bud Tardiff (2007).
This is a periodic word that will be distributed by the rules committee from time to time that will address situations or questions that arise during the course of play. If any Hoobie has a question or wants a Rules Committee decision on a particular situation they may present the question to any Rules Committee member in most any format and, most likely, an answer (decision) will be published with a Hoobie Rule distributed in this format… Recognizing that for any rule or decision other than those agreed to by The Hoobie’s in general The USGA Rules of Golf apply.

1. Tire Tracks or Ruts Made by Greenskeeper Equipment
2. Dropping the Ball Out of a Hazard
3. Areas of The Pines Not Identified as Ground Under Repair That Will Be Played as Ground Under Repair - The purpose of this rule is to identify some areas on the Pines course that in the absence of adequate marking we will play as ground under repair.
